At ART Hotel Rotterdam, we do everything we can to provide our guests with a comfortable and safe stay. We therefore kindly ask you to respect and follow the rules below.

General rules

• Always follow the instructions of our staff. Do you have a complaint? Report this to management.
• Stay calm in the event of a fire. Report a fire immediately to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire detector.
• Exit the premises immediately in the event of a general fire alarm.

• Do not use the lifts under any circumstances in the event of a fire.

• Pets are not allowed.
• To stay with us, you must be 18 years or older. Each hotel guest must identify and register separately.
• Children under the age of 18 must always be under parental supervision.
• There are cameras in various places in the hotel. By entering our hotel, you consent to any withdrawals. In the event of incidents, these images can be handed over to the authorities.
• Please hand in lost and found items at the reception.
• We are not responsible for loss or theft of your property.
• Our location may only be used according to our policy. It is therefore forbidden to trade goods, to carry out handling or to offer services within the hotel. Paid room reservations are non-refundable.
• The management, owners and employees of ART Hotel Rotterdam cannot be held liable for injury or damage, both material and immaterial, that guests may experience during their stay.

It is not allowed to:

• Emergency exits can be used as regular entrances and exits.
• Take property of the hotel outside the property. Intentional damage to hotel property can result in liability for repair and replacement costs.
• Use, trade or possess narcotics. In case of violation, we will call in the police.
• Nitrous oxide to be used in the hotel or on the hotel grounds.

• To cause nuisance to another person, for example through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.

• Stay with more people in the room than the number of available beds.
• Tape or disable the smoke detector. Upon detection, access to the hotel will be denied immediately and we will charge a fine of €250.

• Receiving guests in the room for the purpose of sexual activities.

• Smoking in the room. If we find that smoking is taking place, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of €275 will be charged to you.

In situations not provided for in these house rules, the management of ART Hotel Rotterdam decides. If the rules are not complied with, we reserve the right to call in the police and the judiciary and ask guests to leave the hotel immediately. In this case, the reservation will be terminated immediately without refund of the amount paid.
